Kan-Pet-Let 1,520 meters above sea-level, the capital of Southern Chin State can be reached by driving along the mountainous ridges for five hours from Bagan (Naung Oo) via A-Naw-Ra-Htar Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy River.
