1. Reservations
All reservations should be made through our head office in Myanmar.

2. Tour Prices
All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars. Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not listed in the tour itinerary, optional tours and personal spending
expenses.
3. Payment Terms
Advance payment of 50% must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The remaining payment must be settled
three weeks prior to the arrival of the
clients through the following bank. It is preferred to make the
payment in Euro, S$ and Thai Baht equivalent
to prevailing Bank exchange rate. Failure to make the full
payment within three weeks of the arrival date, as stipulated above, the
company has the right to cancel the quotation without any repayment.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation charges will be made with effect from the receiving date of written
notice of cancellation.
More than (4) weeks prior to arrival date : US $ 50.00 (Office
Expenses)
(4 ~ 3) weeks prior to arrival date : 20% of full payment
(3 ~ 2) weeks prior to arrival date : 40% of full payment
(2 ~ 1) weeks prior to arrival date : 50% of full payment
Less Than (1) week
: 70% of full payment
No Show
: 100%
5. Complimentary
Every 16th member of a group will be given a complimentary, subject to a maximum limit of 4
persons.
6. Refund
After commencement of tour, no refund in full or in part will be given.
7. Airport Tax
A departure tax of US $10.00 per person must be paid when departing Myanmar on International Flights.
8. Insurance
We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.
9. Domestic Flights, Accommodation and Meals
Please note that Star Sapphire Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the hotel, restaurant, and domestic flight of similar standard should the situation require it. Please also note that first class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations. We will always arrange the best accommodation as available.
10. Liability
Star Sapphire Tours Co., Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels, and other tourism related services. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice. Therefore we have no liabilities and accept claims for any kind of delay, loses, sickness, accident, natural disasters and other cases which is beyond our control.
